1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the MINEHUG.com website and the purchase of virtual items and services offered through it.

1.2. The website is operated by DIGITERRMULTI LTD (Company Reg. No. HE 479772), registered at Kalymnou 1, "Q MERITO", 4th floor, Agios Nikolaos, Kamares, 6037, Larnaca, Cyprus (hereinafter "the Operator").

1.3. By using this website or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.4. If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before making any purchase.

2. Definitions

2.1. "Service" — the MINEHUG.com website and all functionalities provided through it.

2.2. "User" — any person who accesses or uses the Service.

2.3. "Virtual Items" — in-game ranks, items, currencies, boosts, and other digital goods available for purchase.

2.4. "Minecraft Nick" — the username provided by the User at the time of purchase, to which Virtual Items are delivered.

3. Virtual Items and Purchases

3.1. All items sold through the Service are virtual goods delivered within Minecraft game servers operated by or on behalf of the Operator.

3.2. Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for real currency.

3.3. The User is solely responsible for providing a correct and valid Minecraft Nick. Items delivered to an incorrect nick due to User error cannot be recovered or re-delivered.

3.4. Delivery of Virtual Items is typically instant upon successful payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

3.5. The Operator reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any Virtual Item from the store at any time without prior notice.

4. Prices and Payments

4.1. All prices are displayed in the currency selected by the User. The base currency is Polish Zloty (PLN); other currencies are shown as approximate conversions.

4.2. Payments are processed through SimPay, a third-party payment provider. The Operator is not responsible for any fees, delays, or issues caused by the payment provider or the User's bank/carrier.

4.3. Available payment methods include SMS Premium, Paysafecard, and bank transfer. Availability may vary by region.

4.4. SMS payments are subject to the rates displayed at checkout, which include applicable taxes and carrier fees.

4.5. The Operator reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Due to the nature of digital goods and their immediate delivery, all purchases are final. The User waives the right of withdrawal upon delivery of Virtual Items, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).

5.2. Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of the Operator in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical failure on the Operator's side that prevented item delivery, which cannot be resolved;
• Duplicate charges caused by a system error.

5.3. To request a refund, contact the Operator at [email protected] with your transaction details.

5.4. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with the Operator may result in a permanent ban from all game servers.

6. User Obligations

6.1. The User agrees not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the Service or game servers;
• Use stolen payment methods or commit fraud;
• Resell or commercially distribute purchased Virtual Items.

6.2. Violation of these obligations may result in termination of access to the Service and game servers, forfeiture of purchased Virtual Items, and potential legal action.

7. Server Availability

7.1. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of game servers or the Service.

7.2. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, updates, or server resets may temporarily affect the availability or functionality of Virtual Items.

7.3. The Operator is not liable for any loss of Virtual Items resulting from server resets, wipes, or technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. MINEHUG.com and all associated branding, logos, and content are the property of DIGITERRMULTI LTD.

8.2. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. MINEHUG.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9.3. The Operator's total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1. The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

10.2. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

11.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

11.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Larnaca, Cyprus.

11.3. EU residents may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
